Beginners are welcome to attend any class in our schedule.
We also periodically hold dedicated courses for beginners, so follow us on social media to keep up to date.
How do I begin
Adults
If you are interested in Aikido and wish to practise or maybe just watch, then come along to any of our sessions (shown above), where you will be made welcome.

Class Fees: Adults £7 / Concession £5
What Else Do I Need To Know?
If you intend to continue your practise of Aikido, it is required that you join the British Aikido Federation (BAF) For a yearly fee of:
Adults £35
Concession £25
Senior Citizens £20
Children £15

This fee ensures you will be fully insured to train and will be eligible to take gradings, which are registered with the BAF.

The cost of equipment can vary depending on the quality and from where it is purchased. As a guide, suits for practice start around £15 but can cost more depending on size, style and quality.
